Overview

Ryan D. Hastings, Esq. is a partner with Leach Kern Gruchow Song. Mr. Hastings is licensed in Nevada and his practice areas include civil/commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and common-interest community law. Mr. Hastings is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association.

Before joining LKG, Mr. Hastings was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Douglas E. Smith at the Nevada State District Court. Mr. Hastings gained valuable experience in both civil and criminal matters during his time working in the courthouse. While in law school, Mr. Hastings participated in the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution’s Mediation Program and is a certified mediator.
