Overview

Jeremy B. Duke, Esq. is a partner with Leach Kern Gruchow Anderson Song; his practice areas include eminent domain law, common-interest community law, and real property law. Mr. Duke plotted a trajectory to become an attorney at a young age by attending the Advanced Technologies Academy magnet high school in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he completed a four-year legal studies program. After undergraduate and juris doctorate degrees from UNLV, he reached the culmination of his schooling journey and commenced a new one in the practice of law.

Throughout his law school education, Mr. Duke interned at the Law Offices of Brian C. Padgett, a boutique eminent domain law firm specializing in the representation of landowners and protecting landowner property rights in eminent domain actions. He then accepted an associate attorney position at the same firm after becoming a member of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Duke also worked as corporate counsel for a large Las Vegas-based medical marijuana company where he honed his skills and knowledge in the field of contract law.

In his spare time Mr. Duke is a voracious comic book reader, an avid golfer, and a craft beer enthusiast.
