Karen M. Ayarbe, Esq. is a partner with Leach Kern Gruchow Song. Ms. Ayarbe represents community associations in litigation with banks and investors. She also represents creditors in bankruptcy, has experience in insurance defense work, and has represented employers in employment discrimination cases.

She is a self-proclaimed avid San Francisco Giants fan, as well as a yoga instructor. An avid reader, Ms. Ayarbe is married and has two children and a yellow Labrador.
