Overview

Ryan W. Reed, Esq. is a partner with Leach Kern Gruchow Anderson Song. Mr. Reed’s practice areas include civil/commercial litigation, real estate litigation, common-interest community law, administrative law, lien foreclosure, construction litigation, FDCPA defense, and class action defense.

Mr. Reed represents clients in litigation matters throughout many courts in the State of Nevada, including the Supreme Court of Nevada, Eighth Judicial District Court, United States Court of the District of Nevada, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Reed has also represented numerous clients in various alternative dispute resolution venues, including the Nevada Real Estate Division, mediation and arbitration in the NRS Chapter 38 alternative dispute resolution process, and the Commission for Common-Interest Communities.

Mr. Reed is married and has four children. He enjoys anything that involves his family, traveling, and the outdoors.
