Overview

Brooks Kern is an attorney with Leach Kern Gruchow Anderson Song. Brooks is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Nevada. After graduating from Lewis & Clark in 2019, Brooks clerked for the Honorable Michael J. McShane in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. While in law school, Brooks was a Legal Research and Writing fellow for Professor Aliza Kaplan, interned for the Metropolitan Public Defender’s office in Portland, Oregon, and spent the summer of 2018 as a summer associate with LKG’s Las Vegas office.

A Reno native, Brooks spends his free time reading, playing soccer, and spending quality time with his wife, Taylor, their daughters, Rowan and Miller, and their two cats, Klaus and Chowder.
