We are pleased to announce that Leach Johnson Song & Gruchow will be combining with the Reno-based firm of Kern & Associates, Ltd. This new firm will be a true combination of equals that joins two extraordinary firms very similar in culture. Our practice strengths are highly complementary, enabling us to provide a new and broader set of services to you. The new firm will be named Leach Kern Gruchow Anderson Song and will use the lkglawfirm.com domain name and email address.
Both firms are extremely proud of the quality of their lawyers, their work product, their advice and counseling, and their service. You can expect from the new firm the same focus, the same high-quality service, and the same team that you have come to know.
In addition to the merger, we are pleased to announce that we will be opening our Las Vegas doors at a more spacious office. Our new address is 2525 Box Canyon Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128. You can continue to reach both the Las Vegas and Reno offices at the same phone numbers. Our Las Vegas office will be closed on Friday, August 24, 2018 for our move, and we will no longer be operating at our Russell Road location as of that date.
We hope you will join us in celebrating this major milestone, as it provides a tremendously exciting opportunity for our clients, the communities in which we operate, and for friends and families of the new firm. We look forward to bringing to you a range of expertise and a quality of service unmatched by any other community association law firm.
You will hear much more about the combination in the near future, but we wanted to communicate this information to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call any of our partners.
