Nicole Guralny, Esq. is an attorney with Leach Kern Gruchow Anderson and Song. Ms. Guralny’s practice areas include common-interest community law, civil/commercial Litigation, real estate, and professional responsibility of realtors. Her specialty is navigating the federal laws involved with the Fair Housing Act (FHA), as well as insurance coverage for common-interest communities.

Ms. Guralny has represented common-interest communities as corporate counsel as well as litigation counsel in matters pending before the Eighth Judicial District Court, and mediators and arbitrators in the NRS Chapter 38 alternative dispute resolution process. Ms. Guralny has also represented real estate companies and other corporations in litigation before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court District of Nevada, Nevada Supreme Court, Eighth Judicial District Court, and Second Judicial District Court. She has published multiple articles for CAMEO regarding FHA legislation.

Ms. Guralny was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Ms. Guralny and her family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she ran and operated her family’s Gourmet Shop and Restaurant, while attending the University of New Mexico. After selling the business, Ms. Guralny finished her undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo. While in law school at the University of Pittsburgh, she took part in the elder law clinic, where she represented indigent clients in guardianship hearings and arbitrations.

A dog lover, Ms. Guralny enjoys spending time and training her German Shepherd, Odin.
